Please read these terms carefully before using the dk99 platform — this is the formal agreement between you and us.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on dk99, you must meet the following requirements:

- You may only have one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
2.2 Account Verification
dk99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of verification, a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
The security of your account is your own responsibility. Do not share your password or login details with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact dk99 support immediately.
2.3 Account Termination
dk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraud, deception, or attempting to hack the system.
- Suspected bonus abuse or money laundering.
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
Section 03
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on dk99 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount will be determined by the specific method used and the account tier.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact dk99 support.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- dk99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Section 04
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
After opening a new account on dk99, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Wagering multiplier: 15x.
The wagering requirements must be completed within a set number of days after the bonus is credited to the account. If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus may be forfeited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, using false information, or employing any other fraudulent method will give dk99 the right to cancel all associated accounts and withhold any deposited funds.

VIP Program & Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
dk99's VIP program has three tiers. Progression from one tier to the next is determined based on overall activity and the platform's assessment:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Cashback is provided each week based on activity, subject to applicable terms. dk99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, and any changes will be published on this page.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fair Play Policy
dk99 is a safe and reliable platform. SSL encryption and fair play measures are in place to keep every user's experience protected. All game outcomes rely on an independent and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk99:
- Betting or gaming using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or hacking.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Enticing or assisting others in fraudulent activities.
- Intentionally causing network disruption or conducting DDoS attacks.

7.1 Bet Acceptance
dk99 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to technical issues, data feed errors, or any other reason, bets placed at those odds may be cancelled or adjusted.
7.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events. Bet settlement will be based on the official results of the relevant governing body.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded — subject to dk99's specific sports rules.
7.3 Casino Games
dk99 offers games from various leading providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game's own rules apply. Live casino games are played with real dealers.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may resolve the dispute through a mutually agreed neutral arbitration.
10.3 Severability of Terms
If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. dk99 reserves the right to amend any provision to make it legally compliant.

Service Changes & Termination
11.1 Right to Modify Services
dk99 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove its service content, game selection, betting options, or other features at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
11.2 Closing an Account
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting dk99 support. All wagering requirements must be met and any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
